Lance Connects is a website where you can find online jobs or look for people willing to work for you. There are two accounts to choose: buyer or provider. The buyer is the one who is looking to outsource some tasks or their projects; while the provider is the one looking for the jobs or the one who provides services. There are countless of jobs to choose from. You can be a programmer, web developer or a writer. Be paid on an hourly basis or per project basis. The convenience of this is that you can work at your own time. You can interview the people to see if they match your criteria. No need to spend for advertisements looking for people to work for you. Just post the job at Lance Connects and wait for people to apply.
